Category development, growth and marketing
Category pipeline and performance
Marketing budget optimisation and ROI
Sales team pipeline and performance
Platform mechanics
Buyer direct marketing
Customer acquisition marketing
CRM analysis and upgrade
Conversion optimisation
Setting inspiring quarterly marketing goals
Gain deep knowledge and understanding of tech capabilities and platforms for our industry
Be revenue and results focused
Develop and oversee the marketing backlog and identify marketing process improvements
Manage and grow marketing contributors to high standards and ambitious timelines
Keep the team and stakeholders up to date on progress, wins, results and plans
Oversee marketing related projects to the highest possible standard
Skills and experience you bring to the position
Experience as a growth-focused marketer leading SEO, PPC, SOCIAL, DATABASE MARKETING, CRM etc
Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Scientific and data focused
Resourceful and priority led
Highly skilled in people and project management
Tech savvy use of the latest technologies
Experience shaping solutions in collaboration with team members
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals
Passion for solving complex problems and improving experiences
