How you'll help grow customers
Our traffic and monthly recurring revenue are at all-time highs and our business is poised for its next exciting stage of growth. Customers (suppliers) use our subscription-based Storefront packages (eg IndustrySearch Storefront Media Kit) to connect with an audience of relevant buyers. You'll focus on Storefront customer growth through these and other initiatives:
Increase their awareness of our 3 online platforms (MedicalSearch, HospitalityHub and IndustrySearch)
Ensure their key contacts are included and up to date on their account to receive enquiries from prospective buyers
Inspire about how our platforms work and the growth opportunities involved
Educate about ways in which to better utilise our platforms for success
Assisting with any profile or platform related questions
Look for positive buying signals and pass along warmed up / engaged prospects to the sales team to close into sale
Build relationships via phone calls, video demos and emails to influence positive outcomes
Keep the CRM enriched and up to date with contacts, high quality notes and activity
Utilise an existing (and growing) pipeline of targeted prospects
Stay highly organised with your pipeline and tasks
Maintain daily activity of 30 calls and follow up with daily emails as needed
Track progress towards achieving weekly/monthly targets of companies contacted and engaged
Proactively participate and implement feedback from call and performance coaching sessions
Get involved in regular team building and other team-based activities
Champion our brand externally and internally

Skills and experience you bring to the position
You have proven 2+ years B2B sales or appointment setting experience
You have excellent communication skills
You are energetic and highly motivated to succeed
